What do I need to bring?

COVID Consent form (click HERE), state-issued ID, COVID vaccination card, and insurance (if applicable). Printed consent forms will also be available on site.

Which vaccine is being administered?

The vaccine booster that is being administered is the Pfizer-BioNTech. Click HERE for more information.

Is insurance required?

Insurance is not required.

What if I have never received a vaccination shot, can I get my first vaccination shot here.

Yes. If you have never received vaccination, you can get your first shot here.

Can I stay in my car and receive the vaccination?

This is a walk-up vaccination. No vaccines will be administered in cars.

Is there a fee for the vaccination?

There is no fee. The vaccination is administered free of charge.

When is the earliest I can get in line to be vaccinated?

Vaccination begins at 11:00AM. You are more than welcome to get to the facility as early as you’d like.

Can I schedule a time to receive the vaccination?

No. There will be no scheduling of appointments. The booster vaccination is given on a first come first serve basis.

Who should consider getting the booster?

Anyone 65+, anyone 18+ with an underlying condition, anyone 18+ that works in a high-risk environment.

Can my child receive the booster vaccination?

Only if your child is age 18+. No vaccinations will be administered to children under the age of 18.
